We understand that situations arise where plans may change. Therefore, we have established our refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for all our customers.
Cancellation Notice
We request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. This notice allows us to accommodate other families in our community who may need our help.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us directly at our office number or via email. We believe in old-fashioned values and prompt communication, so we will do our best to respond quickly and acknowledge your cancellation.
Partial Refunds
In the event that you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, Walk Sweepers will issue a full refund of your deposit or any pre-paid amount. However, if you cancel within the 24-hour window preceding your service, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund, but we will provide a partial refund equal to 50% of the deposit. This policy helps us manage our scheduling and resource allocation effectively, maintaining the quality service that Walk Sweepers is known for.
Weather Delays
New England weather can be unpredictable, and we understand that conditions may arise that could affect our ability to deliver service as planned. In the event of severe weather, such as heavy snow or thunderstorms, we may need to delay or reschedule your cleaning appointment to ensure the safety of our team members and your property.
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss alternate scheduling options. If you are unable to find a suitable reschedule time, we will refund any deposits paid in full. Our multi-generational expertise means we are always keen to put the safety of our community first.
Unhappiness Guarantee
At Walk Sweepers, our goal is to ensure that every client is satisfied with our work. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the service you received, we encourage you to reach out to us within 72 hours of your appointment. We are dedicated to addressing any concerns you may have.
Upon receiving your feedback, we will either return to your home to provide additional cleaning at no extra charge or offer a refund of up to 100% of your service fee, depending on the circumstances. We believe in standing behind our work because, for us, a satisfied customer is a family member.
Reasons for Refunds
Refund requests can arise for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- The service did not meet your expectations.
